2.Q:It the air conditioner did not heating?
A: Its reversing valve may be stuck. Please tap reversing valve lightly with rubber mallet while unit is in heat mode, call for our salesman if the problem can not be solved.
3.Q:If the air conditioner has low air flow?
A:Its air flow is blocked. Please remove any obstructions in return air stream, clean returen air filter and grille. Check for
crushed or restricted ducting, ducting must be as straight, smooth and taut as possible.
4.Q: What kind of delivery for the product?
A: We can arrange the shipping by sea or by air.
